It’s a milestone event as they celebrate 15 years of creating magic and community spirit, and we celebrate twelve years of participating and raising funds for our KIVA initiative! WHERE TO FIND THE TREE:

The tree will be situated in Lynn Valley Village, 1277 Lynn Valley Rd. North Vancouver. LVCA posts a link/QR code to vote for your favourite tree (ours of course) and I’ll also post it on our social media so you can vote.

PARTICIPATE! LET’S DECORATE!

Individuals who want to participate, please email me ASAP if you would like to be a part of the following teams:

1. Tree Decorating– November 29th  We start promptly at 10AM!
2. Participate as a photographer or videographer to share the experience and send a special holiday message!
3. Un-decorating the tree. (right after New Years – afternoon or evening, we can be flexible.

On decorating day…

• Hot chocolate (I prefer the fortified version myself…) and goodies will be provided.
• Dress appropriately, as we decorate rain or shine.
• Photos will be taken to be posted on social media.
• Chances are that the media will be there to record the event so if you have a logo jacket or a colour that represents your brand—wear it.
• There is free parking in the underground. Entrance off of Mountain Hwy & Ross Rd.
