Women’s Entrepreneurship Day on November 19th is a powerful reminder of the incredible strength, resilience, and ingenuity that women bring to the business world. This day is a global movement celebrating the millions of women who have turned their visions into reality, creating jobs and driving innovation worldwide. It is truly inspiring and I am grateful to be a part of this vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem.

I am particularly privileged to work alongside and learn from such formidable women daily. Their passion is contagious, their determination unwavering. This environment of mutual support and shared ambition is what propels us all forward. The entrepreneurial journey is one of constant challenges, but sharing the path with these wonderful women makes it infinitely more rewarding!

A highlight of mine has been chronicling these remarkable journeys in the When Women Talk book series. www.WhenWomenTalk.ca It is a profound honour to amplify these authentic, powerful voices and share their stories with the world. These narratives of learning, innovation and persistence serve not only to celebrate individual achievements but also to inspire and encourage the next generation of women leaders.
