Committment: long-term (1-3 years), but can be short-term for specific “resets”.

Mastermind Group

Peer-to-peer mentoring group designed to help solve challenges and achieve goals through collaboration, discussion, and accountability.

Purpose: To accelerate personal or professional growth, provide support, and offer feedback in a confidential, trusting environment.
Structure: Typically 6–10 members who meet montly in-person or virtually
Accountability: Members set goals and report progress to the group, ensuring high commitment and results.

Masterminds differ from coaching as they focus on peer-based exchange rather than mentorship.

Business Trainer

Skill development in areas such as communication, customer care, networking, and sales.

Training Needs Assessment (TNA): collaborate with management to identify skill gaps, performance issues, and organizational needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations.
Instructional Material Development: design training curricula and create educational materials.
Delivery & Facilitation: interactive training sessions in-person or online, utilizing various methodologies such as workshops, seminars, and role-playing exercises.
