Any violation of this requirement may result in a copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right infringement that may subject you to civil and/or criminal penalties.

Unless where indicated otherwise, copyright for ALL TRAINING MATERIALS AND RECORDINGS is the exclusive property of Cathy Kuzel © 2005 – 2024, all rights reserved worldwide.
You agree NOT to transmit in any form, store in a retrieval system, transmit in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, or other) any Program/workshop content or training material without Cathy Kuzel’s consent or approval. If found in violation of this agreement, you will face immediate expulsion from the program without refund and may incur legal repercussions at your expense. It is understood that Cathy Kuzel reserves the right to record any and all program/workshop sessions and such recordings become the sole property of Cathy Kuzel and may be used for commercial or promotional purposes.

You will not upload, post or otherwise make available on this Site any material protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark or other proprietary right. Cathy Kuzel does not have any express burden or responsibility to provide you with indications, markings or anything else that may aid you in determining whether the material in question is copyrighted or trademarked. You will be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, proprietary rights or any other harm resulting from such a submission. By submitting material to any public area of this Site, you warrant that the owner of such material has expressly granted Cathy Kuzel the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such material (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed for the full term of any copyright that may exist in such material. Email Privacy Statement

Your email and name are kept completely confidential and NEVER sold or traded to ANY third party. If you wish to be removed from our email lists and NOT receive further emails from us, use the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of an announcement/eNews or send an email to info@cathykuzel.com  stating that you wish to be removed from our mailing list. We will then, to the best of our abilities, remove your e-mail address from our databases within the 30 day requirement set by the Privacy Laws of Canada.

Refunds and Return Policy

Products: Merchandise shipped directly from Cathy Kuzel may be returned for a full refund provided it is in its original packaging and is returned within 30 days of receiving it. Custom Logo orders are non-refundable.

Shipping: Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.

Workshops: Registration fees for programs/workshops are transferable to another person or as credit to future workshops, but not refundable.

Payment Terms

Product: All payments are to be made by cash, cheque, money order, VISA or Mastercard. Cheques and money orders are payable to: “Cathy Kuzel”. Credit card payments: will incur a 3.5% processing fee unless otherwise stated.

All orders are payable upon receipt. No credit will be extended.

Shipping: As per the terms on the order form or as agreed upon based on bulk orders. The least costly method (ground) will be used to ship orders unless otherwise arranged by the client.

Earnings Disclaimer

Results may vary, and are based on individual capacity, business experience, expertise, and level of desire. There are no guarantees concerning the level of success. Testimonials and endorsements used may reflect exceptional results, and are not intended to represent or guarantee same or similar results. There is no assurance that examples of past earnings can be duplicated in the future. We cannot guarantee your future results and/or success. There are some unknown risks in business and in your career that we cannot foresee which could reduce results you experience. While all results represented on this site can be verified, as with any business endeavor there is an inherent risk of a loss of capital.
