You know the definition of insanity . . . doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

Or perhaps this saying is more familiar “If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.”

So STOP it already!

Just once, try something new and exciting and maybe even a bit scary. START a trend of your own. Be different – DO different.

And you thought there would be more to this post.

Nope, just “Stop – Start”.   You can do it, I know you can.
