You don’t have to do it all.  Really.

Does it sometimes feel as if you have four (or more!) full time jobs: Mom, wife, daughter and entrepreneur, just to name a few? Having guilt pangs because you didn’t bake your child’s birthday cake or missed that networking event?

Feeling bad about not being SuperMom and being able to manage all the expectations that are placed on you only diminishes your energy. It becomes your kryptonite.

Here’s the good news . . . you can manage it all. The key word is ‘manage’. I didn’t say ‘do’, I said ‘manage’.

Ask for  help, hire assistants and prioritize. They can’t all be the-world-is going-to-end-if-I-don’t-do-it tasks.  Prioritize what needs your energy and attention most. The world will not end if the others are not done right away. If it’s really important, someone else will have to step in.

Let go of the guilt. SuperMom doesn’t live here anymore. She never did.
